Joann Lombardo is an environmental and urban planner with extensive public and private sector experience. Areas of expertise include preparation of CEQA and NEPA environmental impact analyses; policy planning; land use planning; housing studies and socio-economic assessments. Her range of experience includes assignments with over fifty western United States communities, allowing her to work effectively with city staff and the public, and to ensure quality work products within established time frames.
